PAYMENTS & FEES
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:

Payment terms, including deposits, vary based on the tour/group package and will be specified in the client invoice/contract.

Deposits are required within 2 days of reservation; otherwise, the quote expires.
-
Exclusive promotions may require higher deposits or full payment.
-
Group and custom private driver deposits are governed by individual contracts.
FINAL PAYMENTS:

Full payment is due 90 days before departure. If the trip is within 90 full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to pay on time results in cancellation and loss of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Note:
-
Space is subject to availability at booking.
-
Special event tickets may require full payment upon booking.
-
Prices may vary due to special events, premium nights, and holidays.

Confirmation numbers/tickets are only given once final payment has been completed.

Different payment due dates, change fees, and cancellation fees may apply for group reservations and specific tours/packages.
EXCLUSIONS:

Personal expenses (room service, beverages, etc.) and meals not listed in the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the client.
TIPS:
-
Tips for personal services, tour directors, and drivers are not included in the tour cost and are at the traveler's discretion.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

Cancellation fees are outlined in the contract/itinerary/invoice.

Tours, trips, and travel services canceled after final payment (including no-shows) incur a 100% cancellation fee unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation notifications must be emailed to hello@sotravelireland.com.

Minimum cancellation penalty is the deposit amount.
REVISION FEE:

Booking revisions incur a handling fee plus any applicable cancellation penalties.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
PASSPORTS & VISAS:

Travelers are responsible for obtaining correct travel documentation. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel completion.
TRAVEL ITINERARIES/DOCUMENTS:

No refunds for denied entry.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
ACCOMMODATIONS:

Só Travel may substitute hotels with similar category hotels if necessary.
AIR TRANSPORTATION:
-
Só Travel does not handle air transportation whatsoever and is not responsible for your airline delays or changes.
VISITS, ENTERTAINMENT, ITINERARIES, AND OTHER FEATURES:

Substitutions may be made for closed or inaccessible establishments for traveler convenience or safety.
MEDICAL & HEALTH:

Medical attention must be sought at the guest's expense if needed.

Só Travel is not responsible for quarantine costs or medical service availability/quality.

Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase medical and trip cancellation/interruption insurance before their trip.
LOST/DAMAGED BAGGAGE:

Responsibility lies with the supplier, Só Travel LTD is not responsible and will not accept any responsibility.
ERRORS, OMISSIONS & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

Só Travel LTD reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors. Not responsible for errors or omissions in brochures, websites, or reservations.
UNUSED SERVICES:

Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION BY Só Travel LTD:

Só Travel may cancel a reservation before full payment. Liability is limited to refunding payments made.
ACT OF GOD / FORCE MAJEURE:

Só Travel is not liable for loss, damage, or injury due to an Act of God or force majeure events.
RESPONSIBILITY: / LIABILITY LIMITATION:

Só Travel LTD acts as an agent and is not liable for losses, accidents, injuries, delays, defects, or omissions caused by third parties.
